I am an Associate Professor of Finance at Guanghua School of Management, Peking University. My current research interests include capital structure, banking, ESG, and cryptoassets.

I received my PhD in Finance from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania and my BEcon (Finance major) from Guanghua School of Management, Peking University.
